Booking questions

How do I book a transfer?
Use our online booking with price and distance calculation – or send us a price inquiry if you have special requests. We are also happy to assist by phone.
Can I book outbound and return in one step?
Yes. Select Trip “Round trip”. The fields for the return journey (date, time, pickup and drop-off address) will then appear automatically.
When is my booking confirmed?
After sending the form you receive a confirmation email with your booking ID. Our team will contact you within 24 hours.
Can I book at short notice or last minute?
In many cases yes – depending on availability. Give us a quick call so we can check immediately if a vehicle is free.
Does the start or destination have to be in Zurich/ZRH?
At least the pickup or drop-off address must be in Zurich / Zurich Airport / canton Zurich.
Which vehicles and capacities are available?
Mercedes E-Class (up to 3 people), Mercedes Vito/V-Class (up to 7 people). Child seats and ski luggage are included – just let us know the need.
Do you monitor flights automatically?
Yes. With your flight number we track arrival times. Waiting time for delays is included – you pay no surcharge.
Can I plan an individual stopover?
Gladly – short stops (e.g. key collection or ski rental) are possible. Write your request in the message and we will confirm the details by email.

Payment questions

What payment methods are available?
Cash on the day of transfer or credit card with the driver.
Are there credit card fees?
No. There are no additional credit card fees.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes – fixed price including tolls, parking, luggage and skis. No hidden costs, regardless of traffic or waiting time for flight delays.
Do I receive a receipt/invoice?
Of course – you receive an invoice immediately after paying the driver.

General questions

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
In the arrivals area with a name sign (“Meet & Greet”). We inform you in advance by email/SMS if anything changes.
Which languages do your drivers speak?
German and English.
Can I bring skis/snowboards and lots of luggage?
Yes, ski equipment is included. Please specify the number of skis/snowboards and suitcases so we can plan a suitable vehicle.
Are child seats available?
Baby seats, child seats and boosters are available free of charge.
Driving in winter conditions?
Our vehicles are equipped for winter (e.g. winter tyres; many with all-wheel drive). Safe to your destination – even in the Alps.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets/dogs are possible with prior notice. We can prepare a suitable underlay if needed.
Licence & insurance
Swiss2Alps is licensed and insured. Professional, local chauffeurs ensure a safe ride.
Can I request a pickup outside Zurich?
Yes – send us a price inquiry. For fixed prices we require start/destination in Zurich/ZRH, all other locations we calculate individually.
How long does my transfer take?
In the online booking you see direct distance and time information. With a price inquiry we mention the duration in our response.

Cancellation

Until when is cancellation free?
Free up to 24 hours before departure. After that please call us to coordinate.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
The quickest way is by phone, alternatively by email. Please provide your booking ID, date and pickup time.
