Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) and, where visitors from the EU/EEA are concerned, the GDPR.

2. Hosting & Server Logs

Our hosting provider (e.g., Netlify or a similar provider) automatically records server log files when the site is accessed: requested URL, date/time, amount of data transferred, referrer, user agent (browser/OS) and IP address. Processing is carried out for technical provision, stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / predominant interest; Art. 31 nDSG). Log data are automatically rotated and deleted after a short period unless required for security analysis.

3. Contact & Price Inquiry / Online Booking

3.1 Contact/Inquiry Forms

If you contact us via Price Inquiry or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, email, phone, message) to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / pre-contractual measures; Art. 31 nDSG). Requests are deleted after processing unless statutory retention obligations apply.

3.2 Bookings

To handle transfers we process in particular: pickup/destination address, date/time, flight number/arrival time, number of passengers, luggage/extras (e.g., skis, child seats), contact details. These data are necessary to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Art. 31 nDSG). Data are passed on only to parties required for execution (e.g., assigned driver). We do not store credit card data online. Payment is usually made directly to the driver (cash/card).

Retention: booking and billing documents are stored until the end of statutory retention periods (in Switzerland generally 10 years under OR 958f).

4. Local Storage & Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies and local storage (local/session storage) to provide the site in a user-friendly manner.

  • cc_prefs (cookie, 180 days): your consent settings for analytics/ads.
  • nf_lang (cookie, 365 days): chosen language/locale.
  • booking_prefill (session storage): pre-fills your booking details; stored in the current browser tab.

Other cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) are set only if you agree in the consent banner.

5. Maps & Routes (Google Maps, Places, Distance Matrix)

We use the Google Maps JavaScript API (including Places/Distance Matrix) for distance/time calculations and address autocomplete. Provider is Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland). Loading the libraries transmits technical data (IP address, user agent, referrer) to Google; this is necessary for functional provision.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (predominant interest in user-friendly route/form functions) and Art. 31 nDSG. Where possible, we load external scripts only after checking consent status.

More info: Google Privacy Policy.

6. Web Analytics (with Consent)

If you consent in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager with IP anonymization. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31 nDSG); you can withdraw it at any time with future effect (see "Manage Cookies").

7. WhatsApp Contact

Our site includes a WhatsApp button/link. A connection to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd./WhatsApp LLC) is established only when you click it. Your IP address and the requested URL are transmitted to WhatsApp. Communication via WhatsApp is based on your request/consent and our legitimate interest in quick communication (Art. 6(1)(a/b/f) GDPR / Art. 31 nDSG). Please do not send confidential data via WhatsApp.

8. External Links

Our website contains links to external sites (e.g., Google/WhatsApp). The respective providers are solely responsible for their content and data processing.

9. International Data Transfers

Using Google services may result in data transfers to third countries (especially the USA). Google relies, among other things, on EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and EU standard contractual clauses.

10. Storage Period

We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes or as required by law (see section 3.2).

11. Your Rights

Within the legal framework, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Please contact us for concerns (see "Controller").

Right to complain: in Switzerland to the EDÖB; in the EU to the data protection authority of your residence.

12. Manage Cookies

You can adjust your consent settings at any time: Open cookie settings

13. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy if our services or the legal situation changes. The current version on this page applies.
