Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Swiss2Alps ("we"/"us") and our customers ("customer"). They apply to all rides and related services.
1. Scope & Contract Conclusion
Our offers are non-binding. A contract is formed once we confirm the booking by email or once the booking ID from our online system is shown. Deviating customer terms do not apply unless we expressly accept them in writing.
Company details: Swiss2Alps, Schellerstrasse 3C, 8620 Wetzikon, Kanton Zürich, Switzerland · Email: ✉️ info@airport-transfer-zurich.com · Tel.: 📞 +41764908620
2. Scope of Services
We provide passenger transport and related services (e.g., meet & greet, child seats, transport of ski/snowboard equipment) according to the booking confirmation. Our drivers are local, multilingual and transport you safely and discreetly.
No hidden charges: Child seats and ski/snowboard luggage are included in the price. We monitor provided flight numbers and adjust pickup times in case of delays at no extra cost.
Transport may be refused if passengers violate safety instructions, hinder the driver, endanger road traffic or act contrary to legal regulations. In such cases the service is considered performed and the confirmed fare becomes due.
3. Prices & Fixed Rates
All prices are in CHF including statutory VAT (if applicable). The price stated in the booking confirmation applies.
Our fixed rates refer to the confirmed route including direct travel. Additional stops, significant route changes or waiting times at the customer's request may be charged according to the current price list or actual effort.
4. Payment
Payment in cash (CHF) to the driver or by credit/debit card; for certain rides we may require an advance payment/deposit of up to 100% (e.g., long-distance trips, large groups, pickups outside Zurich).
In case of late payment we reserve the right to charge default interest and reasonable reminder fees. Payments are applied to the oldest outstanding claim.
5. Pickup at the Airport
Our driver will meet you at the agreed time at the meeting point/arrival area with a name sign. Please inform us immediately of any changes (flight number, arrival time, gate, baggage issues). If contact is not possible despite reasonable attempts, the order may be terminated after a reasonable waiting period.
6. Cancellation & Rebooking
Cancellations can be made by email. The time of receipt by us is decisive.
- up to 24 h before pickup: free
- up to 12 h before pickup: 50% of the fare
- up to 3 h before pickup: 80% of the fare
- later / no-show: 100% of the fare
The customer may prove lesser damage. Third-party expenses already incurred (e.g., parking, special permits) may be charged regardless of the cancellation period.
7. Customer Obligations
The customer provides correct contact and travel data and informs us promptly of any changes. Safety regulations must be observed (seat belt requirement, children only with appropriate seat – provided free of charge, no smoking in the vehicle, no dangerous or prohibited goods). Special or excess baggage must be announced in advance.
8. Liability
We are liable to the extent permitted by law for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits and consequential costs (e.g., missed flights/trains) is excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Delays due to traffic and weather conditions, congestion, road closures, official measures or force majeure may occur; we assume no liability for these. Luggage is transported at the customer's risk; we do not assume liability for its contents.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data to handle your booking (e.g., contact, travel and payment details) in accordance with our privacy policy. Flight numbers are used to monitor delays.
10. Place of Performance, Jurisdiction & Law
Place of performance is Zurich, Switzerland. Exclusive jurisdiction is – as far as permitted – Zurich. Swiss substantive law applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
11. Final Provisions
If individual provisions are ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. A provision that comes closest to the economic purpose shall replace the ineffective provision. We may amend these Terms & Conditions with effect for the future; the current version is published on this page.
